One question on site:
Is this person cleared to work?
Personnel from your cleaning, hygiene, logistics and maintenance contractors enter your facility every day. Are their documents valid, have they completed mandatory training, do they know what to do in an emergency? You carry the responsibility for these answers, yet today they sit scattered across binders, emails and spreadsheets. Sahakart answers on a single screen, instantly and with reasons, and proves it when the audit comes.
Cleared?
An instant, reasoned answer at the gate
Understood?
Video progress, an exam and a serial-numbered record
Where is the proof?
The audit package, produced in a single step
What about that day?
Point-in-time audit mode: pick a date and look

Six familiar problems, six concrete answers
Expired Documents
Documents that have expired or are about to expire raise warnings in advance; the person automatically drops to "Incomplete" status. No surprises on audit morning.
The "We Sent It" Dispute
Every upload, approval and rejection is recorded with who and when. Rejection reasons appear on the contractor's screen; there is nothing left to argue about.
Training Without Proof
A signature sheet shows someone sat in a room, not that they understood. Sahakart tracks video progress, measures with an exam and issues a serial-numbered record.
The Language Barrier
Training and exams are available in Turkish, Arabic, Russian and English. Workers pick their language; even the verification SMS arrives in it.
Unchecked Gate Entry
Security scans the card at the gate; the screen answers green or red and states what is missing. Every scan goes on record.
Audit Prep That Takes Days
The compliance matrix, document report, training records and personnel list are compiled into one package in a single step. Days of manual work become minutes.
Every screen and report
serves a single question
In Sahakart the eligibility rule is written out explicitly. When all four conditions hold, a person is "Cleared to work"; if even one is missing, they are "Incomplete" and the reason is spelled out. "Awaiting approval" is your job, "Not uploaded" is the contractor's; who does what stops being a debate.
Record Approved
The host company must have reviewed and approved the personnel record. The approver and timestamp go on record.
Documents Valid
Every mandatory document type needs an approved, unexpired document on file: health reports, hygiene certificates, social security filings and more.
Training Complete
Mandatory training must be watched and its exams passed. You decide which training counts as mandatory.
Contractor Active
The contractor's agreement must be in force. Personnel of a lapsed contractor never show as cleared.

Four users,
one flow
Sahakart's core idea is collecting data at its source. The contractor knows their personnel's paperwork best; the approval decision belongs to you. The system separates these two jobs but keeps them connected. A contractor sees only their own company's personnel; that boundary is enforced at the database layer.
The Contractor Enters
Registers personnel, uploads documents and closes their own gaps from the gap screen. Chasing paperwork stops being your job.
The Host Company Approves
Reviews records and documents from the approval queue, approves or rejects with a reason. Assigns mandatory training.
The Worker Learns
Watches training in their own language on their phone, takes the exam, sees their record. No passwords; sign-in works with a phone number and a one-time code.
Security Verifies
Scans the card at the gate; the screen answers green or red, with the reason. Every scan goes on record.
Who holds your data, and how solid the software is
Your Data Is Yours
Everything entered into the system belongs to you and is hosted in Türkiye. Export all of it to Excel from the panel at any time; if the engagement ends, the data is handed over in standard formats and its deletion is confirmed in writing.
Privacy Compliance Built In
The data processing inventory ships ready-made, document access is logged, and data subject requests are managed with deadlines. Records past their retention period are not deleted but irreversibly anonymized; the audit trail stays intact.
Software That Tests Itself Daily
Every update passes 995 automated scenarios covering more than 11,000 checkpoints before release. Activity logs are chained together, so it can be mathematically verified that no past record was altered.

Which businesses is Sahakart built for?
Any facility that hosts contractor or subcontractor personnel: food production plants, factories, warehouses and logistics centers, and organizations buying cleaning or hygiene services. Turkish occupational safety law (Law No. 6331) makes the host employer responsible for overseeing subcontractor workers, and food safety standards such as BRCGS and IFS cover contractor personnel working on site. Sahakart brings the record-keeping and evidence side of these obligations onto one platform.
Does setup require hardware or turnstile integration?
No. Sahakart is web based; hosting, video infrastructure and file storage are included, and you do not need to open any additional accounts or subscriptions. Gate checks run on any phone or tablet: the guard scans the QR code on the personnel card or types the ID number, and the screen answers green or red with the reason. Sahakart deliberately does not connect to turnstiles; the decision and its enforcement stay with people, so there is no hardware dependency or installation cost.
Where is the data kept, and who owns it?
All data entered into the system belongs to you and is hosted in Türkiye. You can export everything to Excel from the panel at any time, without asking anyone. If the engagement ends, the data is handed over in standard formats and its deletion is confirmed in writing. Under Turkish data protection law you are the data controller; Moneo is the processor and handles data only on your instructions.
How is personal data protection handled?
Sensitive personal data such as health reports is flagged, and every document access is logged with who and when. The data processing inventory ships ready-made and can be exported as PDF. Data subject requests are managed with records and deadlines. When a worker's retention period expires, their identity details are irreversibly masked while training and eligibility history remains as statistics, so the audit trail stays intact.
Can workers who do not speak Turkish use it?
Yes. The field interface is available in Turkish, Arabic, Russian and English; workers pick their language and even the verification SMS arrives in it. Training content and exam questions support the same four languages. A training is offered in a language only when all of its questions and answers are translated; if a translation is incomplete, the whole exam falls back to the primary language. A half-understood exam has no measurement or evidential value, so the system does not allow it.
How does Sahakart help on audit day?
With three tools. The compliance matrix shows personnel against mandatory requirements in one filterable table that exports to Excel. Point-in-time audit mode answers "what was the situation on the 14th of last month?" by rolling the table back from the activity history; changes made today never affect the past. And the audit package compiles the compliance matrix, document report, contractor scorecards, attendance records and the personnel list into a single file in one step. Days of manual preparation come down to minutes.
